Established in the year 2024, we Black Gold Farms Private Limited (BGF) incorporated on 04th July 2024, are in business of Vermicompost manufacturing and its practical application in farms and Vermiculture farming.We are also engaged in Contract farming of Vermi-compost and Vermiculture, with our unique business design we motivate farmers to engage in this task and increase their income.It also helps the farmers in switching to Organic farming from Chemical farming. As on 01st April 2025 we have covered almost 8 months of operations and have successfully motivated and engaged 52 farmers with us in Punjab and Haryana. We are also planning  to spread our wings to Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.In total we have installed 117000 Square feet of Vermi-compost Beds with all the farmers associated with us. We periodically visit our farmers and guide them to optimum utilization of resources at their fields so that we get the best quality of Vermi-compost and least possible cost, the benefit gets further transferred to the farmers in the form of Best quality product at least possible price.

Under his visionary guidance, the company is rapidly expanding its network of contract farmers, promoting eco-friendly practices, and positioning itself as a pioneer in the vermi-compost sector. His focus remains on innovation, quality, and community-driven growth, aiming to uplift farmers and restore soil health across the country.

Rajinder Kumar:

A seasoned agriculturalist with over 20 years of hands-on experience, Rajinder Kumar is the visionary co-founder of Black Gold Farms Private Limited. As one of the driving forces behind the company since its inception, he conceived the idea of contract farming in vermi-compost and vermiculture as a sustainable solution to rejuvenate soil health and uplift the farming community.

Rajinder’s deep-rooted knowledge of traditional and modern farming practices, combined with his commitment to organic methods, laid the foundation for Black Gold Farms' mission. His leadership continues to inspire and guide the team as they engage more and more farmers in this green revolution.
